Sell the outcome to a few. Write the method and sell it to many. Automate what repeats. Here is the whole machine.
From outside, Asendify looks like several unrelated businesses wearing one name: an editing agency that turns clients away, a shelf of books sold from their own websites, a cold-email product with an AI agent inside it, waiting lists with deposits, YouTube channels that post daily without anyone filming. It is one machine, and the parts were built in a particular order for particular reasons. This book shows you the machine from the inside: every engine, every decision, every lever, and what went wrong. The only things missing are the numbers, because the mechanism is the part you can copy.
- The full playbook (about 30 pages, phone or laptop), written by the founder
- The four engines and why they were built in that order: capped premium services, licensed books, software with an AI agent, done-for-you packages and refundable deposits
- The content machine: daily video and articles for every product, produced by a pipeline rather than a team
- Pricing (premium, one price, fees shown on the page), the double money-back guarantee and the list of things the company refuses to do
- Systems instead of staff, and how the company gets recommended by search engines and AI assistants
- What has not worked, honestly, and a six-step method plus a 30-day plan to build your own version
What's inside
The shape of the machine
Four kinds of money, built in order, and the table of how each engine feeds the others. Why the order is not optional.
The agency that turns clients away
Pricing the outcome rather than the hours, the hard cap on clients and why 'full' is the product, the guarantee, the ladder of tiers, and the service as a profitable research department.
The books
Why a PDF and not a course, why each book has its own website, licensing and the watermark, the price logic, the affiliate programme and the automatic email sequence.
Software
Where the product came from, why software is the third engine and not the first, monthly plans with the fee shown, and the AI reply agent as the thing people actually pay for.
Done-for-you and deposits
Fixed-scope packages sold from a page, refundable deposits that turn a full service into a queue, and full capacity as a position.
The content machine
A channel and a blog per product, scripts drafted by AI and approved by a person, synthetic voice, templated visuals, scheduled uploads, the quality checklist, and where ads fit.
Pricing
Premium prices that select the buyer, one price per category, the fee as a visible line, local currency for India, and what happened when prices were raised.
Guarantees, honesty and refusals
How the double money-back guarantee is made sustainable, where it is not offered, and the list of things refused: hidden fees, fake urgency, products that would get the company banned.
Systems, not staff; being found
Draft, approve, automate. What the scheduled tasks and agents do, where people stay, and the machine-readable layer that gets the company recommended by search engines and AI assistants.
What has not worked
Building before understanding, payment providers, pages with traffic and no sales, automation that broke silently, and the products that were a bad idea.
Building your own version
Six steps from the thing you have done for money to a capped service, a book, software, a queue and a content machine, with honest timelines.
The 30-day plan and worksheets
Service redefined, method harvested, book finished and on sale, doors opened. Nine worksheets.
Is it for you?
Who it's for
- Freelancers and agency owners who are tired of selling hours and want to see how a service becomes something that runs without them in the room.
- People with expertise who have been told to 'make a course' and want a model with more than one engine.
- Founders curious how a small company stacks services, products and software, and in what order.
- Anyone who likes seeing the inside of a business told plainly.
Not for you if
- You want revenue figures, margins or customer numbers. There are none in the book, on purpose, and the first chapter explains why.
- You want an income promise. The book promises a model and a plan, not a result.
- You have no skill you've been paid for yet. The model starts from one; the book tells you to go and get it first.
Who's behind this
How Asendify Makes Its Money is written by Manthan Bhendkar, who founded Asendify as a one-person retention-editing service for YouTube creators and built it into a company that sells premium services, a library of playbooks and software, run largely by scheduled systems and AI agents.
The book is the business written up from the inside: the mechanisms, the order they were built in, the pricing and guarantee logic, and the failures. It is the method behind the company, in the same way that each of the other Asendify playbooks is the method behind one of its services.
Questions
Are there really no numbers?
None about Asendify: no revenue, profit, margins, customer counts or service prices. The book explains the mechanisms and the reasoning so that they can be copied at any size. The only figure on this page is the price of the book.
I'm a freelancer with one service. Does this apply to me?
It's written for exactly that starting point. Engine one is the service you already have, re-priced as an outcome with a cap and a guarantee; the book, the automation and the queue are built from it in order.
Is it just about video editing?
No. The model is explained through Asendify's own engines (editing, books, cold-email software, web, done-for-you) but every part is generalised, and Part 12 and the 30-day plan are about building your version from whatever you've been paid to do.
Does it cover the AI systems?
Yes: what the scheduled tasks and agents do, the draft-approve-automate rule, where humans stay, and how the content machine runs daily without a team. It's honest about where AI helps and where it's a liability.
What do I have at the end of the 30 days?
A published service offer with a cap, an outcome price and a defined guarantee; a finished book on sale with automatic delivery; an affiliate programme and email sequence; and the first article, video and pitches out.
How does the Double Money-Back Guarantee work?
Apply the 30-day plan in the book. If you don't see results within the first month, email montybhendkar@gmail.com with your licence ID and we refund you double what you paid.
How do I get it?
Right after you pay, a download button appears on this page, and the link is emailed to you. The link works for 30 days and up to 10 downloads.
Why is my name on the PDF?
Each copy is licensed to one person. Your name and a unique licence ID are printed in it, which stops copies being passed around and resold.
How do I know a payment request is really from you?
We only take payment through this checkout or an invoice emailed from an @asendify.co address. Our only official WhatsApp is +91 90960 82894. We never ask you to pay a personal account, UPI ID, crypto wallet or gift card. If anyone does, don't pay, and email montybhendkar@gmail.com.
